Handcrafted Red Halter Dress. Halter neck with ties, lined in black polka dot cotton fabric with the 3/4 swing skirt in cotton linen mix and lined in black satin. Back zipper. Comes with a little bolero top in red with black cotton lining. Bolero top sits just below the armhole and just below the elbow sleeves.
