SHIPPING INFORMATION
We send it with Australia Post. Parcels will be left at your address if safe to do so or a card will be left for collection. We can ship to your street address, PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING PRICES
Orders Under $150 – $10 Regular, $15 Express
Orders Over $150 – FREE Regular, $5 Express
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Express Post (1-3 business days) – orders are shipped the same day if ordered by midday AEST.
Parcel Post (3-10 business days) – orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. This may be longer during our large sales and public holidays.
WA, NT and rural deliveries may take extra time.
*Refunds cannot be given if items are not received on time. Australia Post and other courier companies have suspended EXPRESS POST GUARANTEES. We ship all our items very quickly and will endeavour to make sure your items arrive quickly. Please ask if you are unsure of potential delivery times and you have an event coming up.
