Vintage 80’s Frilly Blue Summer Dress Size 16.  Ruffles on the skirt and down the front with shoulder pads, however I photographed it without. Ruched shoulders with buttons down the front. Back zip.
It is a hand made design, but well made in Crimped rayon floral and cotton.

Vintage 80’s Frilly Blue Summer Dress Size 16. Â Self covered buttons down the front and ruffles from the waist down to part of the skirt. Ruching on the top of sleeves, 3/4 sleeve length. Shoulder pads, however I photographed it without. Â Back zip.
It is a hand crafted design, but well made in crimped rayon floral and cotton.
SIZE. Â 16 Â possibly extend to size 18 – check measurements.
